Broadband Genie Awards 2025

toob came away from the Broadband Genie Awards 2025 as ‘Best Provider’ in the Midlands, East and South East of England. Criteria was based on genuine customer feedback from surveys carried out by nearly 4,000 users across the country with real-life broadband experiences.

North East Contact Centre Awards 2025

Steven Pack was awarded ‘Contact Centre Manager of the Year’ and our Stockton office was recognised as ‘Contact Centre of the Year (under 250 seats)’ – an incredible feat since opening only two years ago.

toob won SME of the Year at the Central South Business Awards. This award acknowledges the outstanding achievements of toob in all aspects of business, celebrating the company for its “strong growth, innovation and leadership as well as a clear vision.”
