The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw may not enter the prize draw.
The prize draw is free to enter.
Each person who meets the above requirements and:
makes a minimum of one valid referral under our refer a friend programme (meaning that your friend must place a qualifying toob order, using your unique link, in accordance with our refer a friend terms and conditions) between 1st June 2026 and 23rd July 2026 (inclusive); and
is notified that they have qualified for a reward under our refer a friend programme, for the referral made in accordance with 3(a) above (meaning that the friend who placed the order has had live toob service for more than 14 days, in line with our refer a friend terms and conditions) on or before 23rd August 2026;will be automatically entered into the prize draw (each a “Referrer Entrant”).
Additionally, each person who meets the requirements set out at paragraph 1 and:
places a qualifying toob order (in accordance with our refer a friend terms and conditions), using a referral link, between 1st June 2026 and 23rd July 2026 (inclusive); and
is notified that they have qualified for a reward under our refer a friend programme on or before 23rd August 2026;
will be automatically entered into the prize draw (each a “Friend Entrant”).
Only one entry per person is permitted. If an entrant qualifies for entry as both a Referrer Entrant and a Friend Entrant, only their first entry (as either Friend or Referrer Entrant) will be entered into the draw. Multiple referrals are permitted and rewards will be earned in line with our refer a friend terms and conditions but will not result in multiple entries into the prize draw.Within 7 days after 23rd August 2026 (“Draw Date”) one winner will be chosen at random from all valid Referrer Entrants, and one winner will be chosen at random from all valid Friend Entrants to each win one £1,000 e-gift card of the winners choosing (from John Lewis, Amazon or Marks & Spencer). The winners will be notified by email within seven days of the Draw Date. If a winner does not select which e-gift card they would like within 90 days of receiving the redemption email, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who writes to the Promoter (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the end of the Competition Period. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at the address below. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize, to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at toob.co.uk/privacy. See also condition 11 with regard to the announcement of winners.
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
