toob’s new ask the expert video series brings together three in-house broadband experts to answer customer’s broadband woes

toob broadband has today announced the launch of its ask the expert video series, designed to help customers better understand broadband technology. Through easy-to-follow conversations, consumers will be educated on important broadband topics by the provider’s internet specialists.

Starring toob’s Senior Product Manager Rob Sirman, Senior Manager of Network Architecture and Operations Charlie Huggan, and Product Manager Ross Clements, the ask the expert series tackles some of the most common – and sometimes confusing – topics surrounding broadband and home connectivity. From understanding modern wi-fi to tips on how to get more from your connection, each episode provides knowledge and advice to help people make informed decisions about their broadband.

Speaking on his involvement with the series, Rob Sirman said: “Broadband can often feel overwhelming, with technical jargon making it difficult for consumers to understand exactly what they need from their service.

“Through ask the expert, our knowledgeable team answers real questions in a straightforward, easy-to-digest way. We want to give people the confidence to make informed decisions about their broadband and allow them to get the best possible experience from their connection.”
