toob full-fibre broadband wins 2 prestigious awards at the North East Contact Centre Awards (NECCA) 2025.

Hosted on Friday, 31st of October at The Fed in Gateshead, the NECCA’s celebrate the achievements of individuals, teams and organisations that make the North East of England a centre of excellence for the contact centre industry sector.

The full-fibre provider toob, and their dedicated Contact Centre in Stockton-on-Tees, were recognised in the individual and organisational categories, winning the prestigious Contact Centre of the Year Award (<250 seats in a single site) and Customer Service Manager Steven Pack (pictured), also collected the Contact Centre Manager of the Year Award at the event.

Since opening the toob Stockton Contact Centre in 2023, toob has seen exponential growth, increasing from 20,000 to over 100,000 customer homes connected to its fast and reliable 900 Mbps download and upload speed broadband, priced at £25 a month with no in-contract price rises.
