toob full-fibre broadband releases new speeds and contract lengths to suit growing customer demand

Local broadband provider, toob, has today announced the launch of 3 new Mbps speeds alongside a wi-fi 7 router for more powerful and efficient connections in its recent product refresh.

The new speeds, in addition to toob’s existing products home150 and home900, have been designed to meet the ever-growing digital landscape and the demand for ultrafast, reliable internet. As standard, all toob customers will be able to upload and download at the same speed, enabling high quality video calls and seamless streaming. These latest speeds include toob’s fastest connectivity ever – home2300 – designed for gamers, content creators and high demand households.

Introducing toob’s new speed options:

• home300 – 300 Mbps – internet for everyday life (available on toob network only)
• home600 – 600 Mbps – built for busier homes (available on toob network only)
• home2300 – 2300 Mbps – our fastest speed ever (available on both toob and CityFibre networks)

Alongside the new products, toob has introduced its next-generation wi-fi 7 router so customers can unlock the full potential of the new speed tiers. The new router will enable customers to receive faster speeds and more reliable coverage throughout their homes, all while supporting more connected devices.

The new and existing toob speed plans are available now with a range of pricing options and new contract lengths, including 12 and 24 month terms to suit customers’ needs.

To ensure we can continue delivering an outstanding broadband service, from 21st April 2026 all new and re-contracting toob customers will be offered plans that includes a small, fixed annual price increase. This increase will be clearly set out at the point of sale, with no hidden fees.

As of April 2026, the annual £2 adjustment remains one of the lowest in the telecoms industry (source: Uswitch). Customers in existing contracts will not see any price changes during their minimum contract period.
