To be a referrer you must be a toob home broadband customer.

Then if your friends and neighbours order toob’s 18 month home broadband service they can register their referral at with their order number and your email address.

This is important, as if they do not fill in the form, we will not know you referred them and neither of you will get your gift card.

If your referral was reported using our form at then we will send your gift card after the new service has been installed and after the 14 day cooling off period.

If your neighbour forgets to report the referral then we won’t know that the order was referred by you, and we won’t be able to give you or your neighbour their reward.

Rememberyour neighbour must report the referral within 5 days of placing their order.

If your neighbour cancels their order before the end of their 14 day cooling off period, then both of you will not receive your gift card.

The more the merrier!

So long as you are a toob customer, you can refer as many people as you want, but you will only be rewarded after their service has been installed and after the 14 day cooling off period.

If someone you referred places an order and registers it with your email address, then we will let you know via email within 7 days of them registering the referral.

If you think one of your referrals has placed an order but you have not heard anything, then check with the person you referred to see if they have placed an order and registered the referral.

If they have and you still haven’t heard anything, then get your friend or neighbour to email and we can look into their referral.
