everything you need to know about our price changes

new contract prices have changed

We have increased our prices on 15th May 2024 for new contracts placed on and after this date.

Since we launched our full-fibre broadband service in 2019, our prices have stayed the same and our service has been available to all customers at the same low price.

Our new pricing reflects the rising costs of maintaining our network and excellent service while continuing to provide the affordable and high quality full-fibre broadband our customers expect.

no in-contract price rise promise

Even though our prices have risen for new customers, we do not increase prices alongside inflation or when customers are mid-contract. This means our customers won’t ever see any unexpected in-contract price hikes – that’s our #toobpromise.

existing customers

We reward our existing customers for their loyalty. Those who were nearing the end of their 18 month term had the opportunity to sign up for a new 18 month home broadband contract at £25 per month when ordered on or before 14th May 2024.

great value broadband

Our aim has always been to make the benefits of the latest full-fibre broadband technology available to as many people as possible. We do this by offering a simple broadband package, which includes 900 Mbps download and 900 Mbps upload speed. Many of our competitors only offer a 50 – 150 Mbps service for the same price as toob.

Our new pricing maintains accessibility whilst reflecting the reality of rising costs since we launched our service in 2019.
