toob full-fibre broadband has been shortlisted for 3 North East Contact Centre Awards (NECCA).

These annual awards recognise the achievements of individuals, teams and organisations in a celebration of the people who have made North East Contact Centres a geographical hub and success story for the United Kingdom. This year’s NECCAs consist of 18 awards and toob has been shortlisted as Contact Centre of the Year (under 250 seats), plus two individual shortlistings for Contact Centre Manager, Steven Pack in the categories of Contact Centre Manager and Inspirational Leader of the Year.

toob opened its Stockton-on-Tees contact centre in 2023 and now has over 45 members of staff based in the location, including Customer Services, sales and IT functions.
