Yes, you need to be a toob customer to benefit from our complete wi-fi service.
New customers can order online by choosing the ‘complete wi-fi’ add-on with your full-fibre broadband purchase. The easiest way for existing customers to add complete wi-fi to an eligible contract is in my account. Alternatively you can call our friendly customer service team 02392 065558.
For new customers, your complete wi-fi equipment will be dispatched after you’re connected (please allow a few days for delivery). For existing customers, your complete wi-fi equipment will be dispatched after you place your order.
complete wi-fi is a service enhancement we offer whilst you’re a toob customer. This means we’ll provide this additional equipment to boost your wi-fi coverage for the duration of your contract and you will be expected to return it to us at the end.
When that time comes, we will let you know how to return the equipment to us.
1our complete wi-fi guarantee: 35 Mbps or above in main living areas of the home (excludes out-buildings, garage conversions and gardens). if we can’t achieve full coverage, you may be able to end your complete wi-fi contract early with no termination fees.
