toob full-fibre broadband has announced another huge milestone – connecting over 100,000 customers. This impressive achievement highlights toob’s rapid growth since its inception in 2017, through both its own network and its partnership with industry wholesaler, CityFibre.
The full-fibre broadband provider initially deployed its network in Southampton and now connects over a third of all homes across the city and its surrounding area. toob has seen coverage of its ultrafast 900 Mbps full-fibre connectivity expand to counties including Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire, Yorkshire, the West Midlands and beyond. As of September 2025, the provider operates across 28 counties and 89 towns and cities throughout England, serving over 60,000 customers on its own network and more than 40,000 through its CityFibre partnership.
toob’s multi-award-winning service is complimented by its no in-contract price rise promise, which ensures the price of a customer’s contract remains the same for its full duration. toob has also recently launched its complete wi-fi mesh extender system so customers can eliminate dead zones and signal blackspots in their homes.
Digital inclusion has remained a core focus for toob, with the provider launching its toob in the community scheme in early 2025 to provide employees the opportunity to make a difference with charities that matter most to them. The broadband provider has since donated its full-fibre service at community hubs, including community centres, scout groups and cultural organisations. Additionally, the company has just introduced a community group referral scheme, where community associations can earn rewards when their members sign up for toob’s home broadband.
In addition to these achievements, toob was named fourth in The Sunday Times 100 Tech Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies list and recently voted Best Provider in the Midlands, East and South East of England by Broadband Genie.
