Step-by-step guide on how to check for your contract end date if your existing provider is Sky Broadband.

- Log into your online account through the Sky website. You can find the log in option on the Sky homepage by clicking ‘Sign In’.
- Once logged in, choose ‘Your Products’ option and then select ‘Broadband’.
- Upon doing this a new page will load which will have a box titled ‘Your Package’.
- Underneath this you can find confirmation of the date you’re in contract until.

When we ask for evidence of your existing providers’ contract end date, you’ll need to screenshot this page (which can be done on a laptop or smartphone) and reply to our email with this screenshot as an attachment.
