A mesh extender unit – identical to the toob router – boosts signal evenly throughout your home to help eliminate dead zones and signal blackspots, delivering wi-fi to every room (excluding out-buildings, garage conversions and gardens).

frequently asked questions

Complete wi-fi will extend coverage throughout your whole home, the guarantee applies to every room of the home excluding out-buildings, garage conversions and gardens.

Yes, you need to have either our home900 or home150 full-fibre broadband.

New customers can order online by choosing the ‘complete wi-fi’ add-on with your home900 purchase. Existing customers or those ordering home150 can call us on 023 9300 9300 to purchase.

For new customers, your complete wi-fi equipment will be dispatched after you’re connected (please allow a few days for delivery). For existing customers, your complete wi-fi equipment will be dispatched after you place your order.

Complete wi-fi is a service enhancement we offer whilst you’re a toob customer. This means we’ll provide this additional equipment to boost your wi-fi coverage for the duration of your contract and you will be expected to return it to us at the end.

When that time comes, we will let you know how to return the equipment to us.
