This all depends on the installation dates available when you come to order!
As soon as your installation date arrives, you’ll be connected to our full-fibre service by an engineer within a couple of hours, so there’s no waiting for us to switch it on.
You can, however you’re likely to incur some charges for ending your contract early. These costs will be included in your final bill with your provider, so it’s best to check your contract small print before committing to a new contract with us!
If you want to switch to toob but you’re stuck in a contract with your existing provider, you can sign up to hear from us when your contract is due to end.
If you opt into One Touch Switch, we’ll handle the admin of telling your current provider that you’re switching to toob. This means you have more time to do the things you love, and also helps to eliminate any downtime whilst the switch is happening.
