We’ve partnered with CityFibre, who are one of the UK’s largest independent full-fibre networks, to deliver our internet service to homes in Leeds.
CityFibre operates as a wholesaler, providing consistent and reliable broadband across the UK without directly selling to customers. They continue to expand and enhance their network, and toob offers various great-value broadband in various locations across England on CityFibre’s network as well as our own network across the South Coast.
toob’s full-fibre network brings a new high-speed cable straight into your home or business. This means your entire connection uses fibre optic technology and you can enjoy up to 150 Mbps or 900 Mbps (dependent on your broadband plan) when using an ethernet cable.
Most traditional ‘fibre’ broadband sold today is a fibre connection that runs from the cabinet in the street. From there, it uses the old copper line to deliver broadband to your address. This leaves your connection open to slower speeds (due to interference) and your network may be impacted by how many people are sharing the connection to the cabinet.
Our network does not rely on the old copper based networks used to deliver today’s broadband service.

toob’s full-fibre broadband delivers download and upload speeds of 150 Mbps or 900 Mbps to your home, depending on your broadband package.
but what does this mean?

Since we operate our own high-speed network, we work incredibly hard to deliver these speeds to your home, on your capable devices, when using a wired connection. One Touch Switch is available for most home broadband and toob Essentials customers. You should be the account holder with your current provider and already at the address you’re ordering for (with a live service). You can opt to use One Touch Switch when ordering online or with an agent.
