toob wins 3 regional ‘Best Provider’ awards at 2025 Broadband Genie Awards

toob full-fibre broadband has won 3 regional awards at the 2025 Broadband Genie Awards. The provider was named ‘Best Provider’ in the Midlands, East, and
South East of England based on genuine customer feedback from surveys carried out by nearly 4,000 users across the country with real-life broadband experiences.

For 2025, Broadband Genie expanded its awards, in search of the best regional broadband providers based on speed, reliability, customer satisfaction and value for money.

toob customers highlighted the provider’s simple and cost-effective 900 Mbps service, priced at £25 a month, alongside its no in-contract price rise promise and social tariff – with judges commending toob for its customer-first actions, performance and reputation.

Since 2019, toob has developed its network and customer base to supply service across over 90 locations, including Cambridge, Leicester and Southampton. Now serving over 90,000 customers, toob also has a strategic partnership with CityFibre to deliver its ultrafast speeds to homes across England.

Based on the South Coast, the multi-award-winning provider was voted ‘Best Value for Money’ by Broadband Genie in 2024, and recently named fourth in The Sunday Times 100 Tech Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies list.
