toob full-fibre broadband has donated its ultrafast 900 Mbps service to the Greater Rushmoor Nepali Community (GRNC) centre in Aldershot.
Founded in 2003 and located on Victoria Road, the GRNC offers support, induction programmes for new arrivals and English language sessions, and collaborates closely with the Gurkha Welfare Advice Centre, Rushmoor Borough Council, and other local and regional organisations.
The centre also runs many community-led projects, including Project Together: a scheme supporting Nepali residents in overcoming language and digital barriers, an induction programme for new arrivals to the Aldershot area, and wellbeing classes.
toob’s broadband donation provides a reliable and ultrafast connection to the Hampshire-based centre. This accessible wi-fi connection offers Nepali community members speeds of 900 Mbps – further supporting digital inclusion, easy communication with family and friends in Nepal, and access to online services.
