toob full-fibre broadband has officially become the Club sponsor of the Camberley Cricket Club.

The sponsorship will see toob’s brand embedded in the community club, supporting the teams across a wide range of participants from adult teams, development squads and a thriving Junior section of over 200 young people.

The multi-year club sponsorship deal will support community cricket in Camberley from the grassroots up, which comes at a great time as the club has recently celebrated winning the Surrey Championship Division 2 title together with the Cricket Club Conference’s Bertie Joel Cup.

Keith Halsey, Chairman of Camberley Cricket Club said:

“We are delighted to have agreed our sponsorship with toob and to be associated with such a progressive and professional organisation. They are quickly proving that they are a market leader in providing much needed fast full-fibre broadband to our area. As a company that places special emphasis on giving back to the communities in which they operate, we are proud of our new partnership arrangement with toob and look forward to the continued success of both parties”.

The full-fibre broadband company has recently built its own roots in Camberley by bringing its full-fibre network to the town. toob’s 900 Mbps speeds for £25 a month mean that residents and businesses in Camberley can now benefit from 15x faster download speeds and 68x faster upload speeds than the UK average, meaning buffering, drop-outs and lag are a thing of the past.

toob CEO, Nick Parbutt said:

“I am delighted to announce our partnership with Camberley Cricket Club. The club has been at the heart of the community for over 75 years. In today’s world with today’s pressures participative sport plays a key role for individuals and communities, and CCC’s commitment to growing the club from grassroots is impressive. That is why I am delighted that we are in a position to support the Club over the coming seasons and I hope this is part of a long-term partnership as we start to establish ourselves in Camberley.”
